Excellent article 👏 I just wrote an article about the same thing. As a remote worker myself for five years now, I don’t think that a world where everyone (or almost everyone) works remotely is something that I want. I believe that adaptability and flexibility are the keys. Remote work needs to be, like you said, too, normal. As an alternative, not as an overlap of human interaction. Also, as I point out in my article, not everyone wants or needs to be a remote worker to be happy. Technology allows us to create flexible work models: we need to do that!
